This form is not for general registry for your retreat.  If you do not need a special diet, and can eat most foods, please do not fill out this form.

The Old School Artist Retreat Center desires to meet the needs of every guest of our facilities.  We understand that in today's world, allergies and special diet needs are a reality.  We will do our best to meet those needs with substitute/alternate food options.  Our goal is to provide a healthy and satisfying experience for everyone.  We can accommodate food allergies and medical dietary requirements by making substitutions for some, but not all, menu items.  Guests with a variety of food issues are encouraged to bring supplemental food that may be stored in the refrigerator.
